Most teens don't read or watch "the news." For many of us, it's all social media, all the time. And, yes, that's part of the problem. There is no shortage of news about a teen mental health crisis in America. The adults in our lives are eager to share this news with us and gauge our reaction. Recognizing the problem is important, but finding tools and other solutions to address it is even more important.
