We're excited to share the launch of the Hi Impact Project! With just one little word, our mission is to create greater connection, support and inclusion among kids, teens and communities. Life is filled with social media and devices meant to connect us, but loneliness and teen mental health issues are at an all-time high. The global pandemic and required social isolation have been a significant setback to the development and practice of basic social skills. Time to get back to basics! The Hi Impact Project encourages and challenges kids to say "hi" to everyone they know, everywhere, every time. The goal is to normalize friendly and open social interaction starting with kids in a community, replacing feelings of self-consciousness, embarrassment and, yes, awkwardness with feelings of self-confidence, acceptance and connection. We hope your community will join us in the movement! This one little word is the start of something big.
